etrailer Watersport Carriers Review - 2015 Mazda CX-5

Hey, everyone, Charles here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the etrailer J-style kayak carrier on our 2015 Mazda CX5. This is gonna be a great way of transporting your kayak to and from your destinations. You're gonna have a weight capacity of up to 150 pounds. And what I like about the J-style kayak carriers is you have all this leftover space on your crossbars. These are 46 inch crossbars, and we're gonna have about 31 and a half of usable, leftover crossbar space, so plenty of room for another kayak, cargo basket or any other rooftop accessory. I really like that this carrier provides all the straps you're gonna need and you're not gonna have to pay for anything extra. more

Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier Review - 2020 Mazda CX-30

Hey, everybody. Welcome to etrailer.com I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Yakima JayLow J-Style Kayak Carrier here on our 2020 Mazda CX-30. Now, Jaylow is definitely gonna be one of the more premium kayak carriers out there, giving a lot of great features, and right off the gate, things I like about it, we do have locking core. So, primarily, from what I've seen, this is gonna be a great way of making sure that our kayak carrier stays to our roof rack without actually having to take it off and put it inside our vehicle. So, that's one of the big advantages for me too. I do like the little bit of a loading assist here at the top. more

Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier here on our 2020 Mazda CX-30. Now, kayak carriers can be a great way of getting your kayak to wherever you wanna go, and the DownLoader is definitely gonna offer us a lot of features that are gonna make that task that much easier. Right out the gate, I think one of the biggest things is this front little loader system on here. You can see we are getting a nice kinda like little nice flush face here to actually set our kayak up onto. And then we get that slung up onto the rest of our carrier. more

Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at etrailer kayak carrier with tie-downs, here on our 2020 Mazda CX-30. Now, kayak carriers are gonna be a great way to get a host of fun. We are gonna have a very easy time getting up our kayak here on here, and I think the Mazda does an excellent job. As you can see, not gonna be too much height that we're gonna to have to be working against, our kayak carrier sits very nicely on the edge here, and you are seeing that we are getting these nice little posts to help us really mount our carrier. I am a big fan of the etrailer kayak carrier here in our Mazda, as you guys can probably tell, as I'm talking about it. more

etrailer Watersport Carriers Review - 2020 Mazda CX-5

Andy: Hello, everyone, Andy, from etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at the etrailer J-style kayak carrier on our 2020 Mazda CX5. One thing that is going to be great about this kayak carrier is going to be, it leaves you plenty of room on the other side of your roof bars for a cargo basket, or even a bike rack. You have a lot more options and space on that side of the vehicle to do so. One of the really cool features that I like personally is going to be the fold-down option. So whether you're carrying your kayak or not, and it's stored, but you don't want to have to an uninstall the carrier, all you can do is flip down the knobs and put it in a folded stored position. more

Rhino Rack Watersport Carriers Review - 2020 Mazda CX-5

Andy: Hello, everyone. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're going to take a look at the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier on our 2020 Mazda CX-5.One of the nice things about the Rhino-Rack Kayak Carrier are going to be it is a simple and slim design, so whenever you have a cargo basket or, let's say, a bike rack that's mounted on the roof of your vehicle, you can adjust this and mount it the furthest point away from everything else. And it's very, very simple and easy to load and unload since it has a bigger opening to get your kayak in and out.So there are four contact points you're going to find in your pack with your kayak carrier. There's going to be two blue straps and two black straps. The blue ones are going to be used on the front and the rear. more

Andy: Hello everyone. Andy here with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at the Kuat class two kayak carrier on our 2020 Mazda CX5. One of the things that is great about having this J style kayak carrier is going to be it gives you plenty of room if you happen to have a cargo basket or even a bike rack on the other side. We've adjusted this one a little bit closer.
